In Case You Receive an Incorrect Product

We take every measure to ensure you receive exactly what you ordered.
However, in the unlikely event that an incorrect item reaches you, please
follow the steps below so we can make things right quickly:

  1. Let Us Know

    Please email us at hello@tacdelights.com within 3 days of
    receiving your order.


    Do include:
  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the
    product received
  1. Review & Response

    Once we receive your email, our support team will review the details and
    get back to you within 2 working days (48 hours).
  2. Return Pickup

    If your request is approved, we’ll arrange a pickup from your location
    at no additional cost.
  3. If Pickup Isn’t Available

    In rare cases where pickup services are not accessible in your area, we’ll
    guide you through the self-return process. Standard courier charges
    for such returns will be reimbursed upon submission of the receipt.
  4. After We Receive the Product

    Once the returned product is received and verified:
  • We will dispatch the correct
    item
    immediately (subject to availability), or
  • If the item is out of
    stock, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Cases

To maintain the quality and safety of our products, certain items
cannot be returned or refunded. Please note that we will not be able to process
returns or refunds in the following situations:

  • The product has
    been opened, used, or tampered with.
  • The original
    packaging, labels, or safety seals
    are missing or damaged.
  • The return
    request is raised more than 3 calendar days
    after delivery.
  • The issue has
    occurred due to improper handling, misuse, or incorrect storage
    after delivery.

Order Cancellation

We understand that plans can change. You may cancel your order before it has
been processed or shipped

Once the order is fulfilled or dispatched, cancellations will unfortunately not
be possible.

If you wish
to cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible at hello@tacdelights.com
with your Order ID.

Our team will review your request and confirm the cancellation if it meets the
above conditions.

Shipping Charges

* Free shipping is
available across all orders that meet the minimum cart value threshold, which
will be displayed on our website.

* Orders below the threshold may incur a shipping fee, calculated and shown
during the checkout.



Refund Timeline

  • Once your refund request has been approved, the
    amount will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10
    business days
    .

    Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • If you haven’t received the refund within this
    period, we recommend checking with your bank or credit card company
    first, as there may be a slight delay in posting the transaction.

estimated delivery timeline varies based on location, logistics constraints,
and other operational factors.

Minimum and Maximum Delivery Timelines

  • Metro Cities & Major
    Locations: Orders are typically delivered within 3 to 4
    business days from the date of dispatch.
  • Tier 2 & 3 Cities: Orders
    are expected to be delivered within 3 to 6 business days from
    dispatch.
  • Remote & Difficult-to-Reach
    Areas: Deliveries may take up to 7 to 10 business days,
    depending on accessibility.

Additional Considerations:

  • All orders are processed and
    dispatched within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and public
    holidays).
  • Delivery timelines may be subject to
    delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions,
    logistical issues, or government regulations.
  • Customers will receive tracking
